I'm in the market for an Evo, but I want to rule out all of the idiot dealers (we all know that there are some of those for every make of car).

I'd love to find a SSL '04 Silver GSR for a good price, but I haven't been able to locate one yet (left over from old inventory etc.....lots of people got smokin' deals on '03s like that).

So my question is this. For SSL GSR owners (04 or 05), what's invoice, and what did you pay if you don't mind me asking? I'd like to have a figure in mind that I can go by. Thanks a ton. Any suggestions or input will be much appreciated.

I'll be taking delivery of my '05 RS for $250 over invoice next week. (out of state)

I agree with you, I've spent over 1 month working with this particular dealership in Houston and it went no where.

Anyway, PM me if you don't mind getting your car out of state.

 

May I ask which houston dealerships you two have had bad experiences with?

 

If performance mitsubishi was still around, they'd give you one hell of a deal. I know the friend of the owner.

 

whatever you do dont go to gillman. the ones that i have seen there the employees have beat on them like no other. plus they are uber expensive.

I got a great deal from Gillman in Rosenburg. Sorry I don't know the invoice price, but they discounted way more then the 4 other dealerships I went to.

The salesman is actually not a bad guy but the sales manager is a jerk.

 

They will do $250 over invoice for either the GSR or the RS.

But not the MR.
