Dallas is pretty flat but IMO the women more than make up for the flatness around here. I'm originally from Indiana and I can tell you that it's true that alot of northerners are moving down here and from what I can tell they seem to like it here. The weathers nice for the most part and there's a butt load of crap to do no matter who you are. Heck, a person making 30k here without a ton of outstanding debt can live a pretty decent little life here it seems.
