Quote: I'd be down for it too, depending on price... I've never been on a track and would love to get some track time in... Also, If I bring out my bike do I have to pay twice or is it per person?
Its really an EVO specific visitor day hosted by EVO owners at the Ranch; we could talk about bringing your bike out another day for sure...there may even be some bikes trading track sessions with us on the EVO day.
I hope youll still come...

Is anyone planning to return in December when the new portion is completed and opened up, making for a complete 3.2 mile course?

If I can wrangle an invite from a member I might be persuaded to make the road trip.

It's gonna be a great Fall, what with MSR-Houston scheduled to open also. It's only 33 miles from my apartment. Looks like I'll be heading out there for the first time with a local Ford club who are planning rent the track, so I'll hopefully get to show some pony car owners the superiority of the Evo. But I'll try not to humiliate my hosts too badly.

What's the status of your Evo purchase?

any day is a good track day!!
Hey, we'll make it happen whenever you can make it. Aug 6,7 & 27,28 is the only non-member day for a while so whatever works for you.
I'm not stuck on the 20th as you saw in the poll.
I know several of us will be out way before the 20th anyway.
Pete Yellow '03 has just put on brake ducts and a new pair of Hoosiers so he is quite anxious to get out there.
Thanks again for flying me into San Ant. last week for even the brief moment I was there! later, k...

Yea, an afternoon session or two is possible. I will be back at work, but can plan on slipping out early...their last run is 4:30 so depending upon the rotation ,if any on Friday, we could get a 4:00 or 4:30 one in.

what are the tracks hours for friday? i'd probably be up in dallas thursday night and could have all of friday to play around... if they're open longer, i might see if rex can come out in his new gt2 and play around and then play some more then you show up at 4... whatcha think?

Now I'm jealous; a whole day! If I'm fully recovered from the immediate EVO weekend, I may have to call in sick for the whole day...

The track sessions are 9-5:00 and are about 30 minutes each w/the last one ending at 5:30. They rotate between whatever classes happen to be ready to go...open wheels, motorcycles, and sport cars the most common classes.

perfect. i'd probably wanna get out there as early as possible so its a smidge cooler, but with how much i love sleep, i don't know how well that would go over. and i'd be draggin a couple buddies along too. i'll talk to them and see. and i'd probably do 4 to 6 sessions maybe. just depends on how much i'm loving it...

Kelly-
Just wanted to re-confirm my spot for whatever weekend it happens to occur, I will be in Houston this coming weekend though. Let me know if you want to do some driving before then.
