oh i missed the part that he's 17...oh well, we all get the urge sometimes to go fast, the main thing that holds me back when i get the urge to go fast is knowing that I PAY THE BILLS. Most likely he's parents was paying for it so i kinda understand what went through his mind before getting an internal bleeding in the head

HOW can you total 2 evos? I don't understand. I have done some aggressive driving in mine, and not once been anywhere near losing control. Why would you buy another car if you couldn't handle the first, or any car for that matter. If you can wreck an evo like that, imagine what he would have done in a civic trying the same thing. It would have taken less than 6 months for him to wreck a car with lesser handling capabilities... Enough with the ranting. I hope everything works out for him and his girlfriend.
maybe he'll get the RS after this one...

1st = MR
2nd = Regular
3rd = RS [i hope not]

Man thats horrible he should of learned his lesson the first time but no passenger deserved to be put through that pain. I hope they make a full recovery.

Some folks just dont understand that you have a responsibility when you take a passenger in your car. I feel sorry for the young lady that was riding with him. He's just a moron. Im 25 and I had a few cars before my Evo. I think this way, you come to appreciate how awesome a car it is. A car is a car though, and physics will be physics!

I want his tires.

God warned him once with his first evo. He gave him a second warning, that is extremly rare. How many more warnings will one need before they learn.

+1......17.....2 wrecks.......git em off the road........too bad his irresponsibility messed up his passenger too!

It a shame all around....who the hell lets a 17 year old get "another" EVO after wrecking the first one....once bitten, twice foolish!

Maybe he'll learn............but I doubt it...............Sick Speed

as usual: operator error (usually "knucklehead" age 15-25)which means u can't tell them anything cuz they're invincible + lack of properly setup suspension/brakes/tires x Dodge Viper insurance rates due to silly claims like this= MORE COPS WITH EVO VISION...

wow...i hope they're doing alright. you'd figure they'd learn their lesson the first time...but kids are kids...they think they're invincible.

hey man i totaled my first evo and got another one, before i even turned 17..

but i learned my lesson and i keep it on the track.

i crashed my first evo 9 mr 1 month after i bought it, took them 6 months to total it, and after that i got a new one.. its been 6 months since ive had the new one and i havent had a single problem yet (knock on wood) im a very good driver n like i said up there i keep my speed on the track. i got teh second one before i even turned 17..

and yes im 17 with a gt35r setup.. and it doesnt even feel fast to me lol..

im looking forward to my meth install soon, and in the future a built 2.0 or 2.3 stroker.. probably before im even 18.

Kids that get a vehicle with the kind of acceleration an evo has just fuels the desire to drive like they are invincible. Hope all turns out well for them, best to test the limits of any vehicle at the track.
