I'd be willing to make the trip for a decent event.

PM me for details. I believe I can get most of the same Evo's we had last time to attend. I'm also sure that we could get more people to attend from your area as most wouldn't have the drive to Victoria to contend with.

 

I'd be down for one if it was in the san antonio/austin area.

 

looks like there's a lot of interest. and theres a ton of new evo's in SA that i don't recognize so i guarantee there'd be a buncha people there...

 

The Event would most likely be held in San Marcos!

if it were up to me... STi's would be too... maybe even anything AWD... or just anyone. catered towards evos but open to all...

 

You know, I wouldnt rule out that possibility at this point!

My GM and I are trying to figure out what type of format and event we would like to put on! The general public will be invited, as a stand alone or single point Mitsubishi dealership I may be forced to keep it to EVO customers, but let me do some research and put out some feelers to corporate and we will see what we can do about making the an all Import car show!

Just wanted to clear something up!

Just because this event will be held at a Mitsubishi dealership, does not mean that we are not inviting all import owners for this car show.

We will be giving all kinds of awards and prizes, but only the EVO owners will qualify for the Customer Appreciation portion of the day and the awards and prizes thereof!

Please keep posting! I need some ideas and some vendor participation as well. I think I have Audio Outlet and All Makes Collision on board!

I was thinking about getting Wienerschnitzel involved for some free food and prizes stuff like this, but I need input guys and gals... loads and loads, and I need at least 50 forum customers who want to enter their vehicles...

Well I was suppose to be the proud owner of a 05 GG MR, but Gillman San Marcos/Austin didn't get one, so I had to deal with Metro Mitsu. They hosed the deal real bad and I walked away. I am still a Gillman customer, being that I bought my STi at Gillman in Austin, so therfore I should qualify for the good stuff! If I can't use it on my car, I will give it to my EVO buddies, who are not prejudice towards my STi.
Furthermore, I am not worried about all other awd owners or imports, I just want you to invite ME to the event!

 

Wow! Dude take it easy. As far as I know, this is not being put together for your sole benefit. I think he has already invited you to the car show. I'm also sure they would love to have you attend ALL of the festivities that would surround this event. But if you think you should be able to weasel in on the Evo portion of this gathering, perhaps you might be slightly misguided.

But if you were just kidding with your comments...never mind!
