I'd suggest checking the weather before setting a date. No.... not the 5 day forecast, but typical weather per month or even week. February's in middle Texas can be down right cold! Good weather, good turnout. If you do it in January, the only warm dude will be the guy wearing the DerWinershnitzle outfit.
