just like the title said, i went home at 1am and went to bed. woke up at 11am went outside and my car is gone. i know there aren't many evo's in lubbock but if anyone in the surrounding little cities hear anything or see anything please let me know.

this sucks because i just got my new clutch in wednesday and my car was running great and now its gone.

my car is a blue by you evo with evo7 taillights and no spoiler. no center caps in the wheels and a black xs engineering intercooler, loud megan exhaust. please pm me or post if anyone sees or hears anything.

contacted cops this morning and they said they would look for it but haven't heard anything yet

any help would be greatly appreciated.

that sucks sorry to hear about the loss.. I think I'm gonna have to start investing in some anti-theft devices and tracking systems soon.

 

i know man, if i get my car back or get another car its going to have GPS, lowjack, what ever kind of security i can get

cops just called they found my car dumped off on someone elses property, they said the only thing taken was my deck and no dents and in perfect condition

by any chance where did u get ur clutch put in at? I had a friend in vegas that just had 2g dumped into his brakes and his car was stolen 2 days afterwards from his house. Ended up finding it completely stripped supposably one of the guys from the shop leaked info about the car

 

Did they let the turbo cool down before turning the engine off?

 

I thought the whole anti theft thing whit the steering column / ignition was supposed to make stealing an evo pretty difficult...

Clutch install people have your keys copied?
