Jotech Evo Buildup, some new pics

Here are some recent pics of my engine at Jo-tech. The only thing we are lacking now is my 5-speed tranny from TRE. It's getting close now, and I absolutely can't wait. All my parts are back from coating/polishing and I think they turned out pretty good.

Looks good, should be good for an extra 15-20hp I'd imagine.

nope, just the dli for now. I've seen alot of people get away with it at 600whp levels, but if it doesn't work no big deal. I'll just address it when the time comes.

the hks dli 2 is very much strong enough for the setup you have John. The infamous black AMS evo from florida had the same setup (built 2.3 w/ 35r) and ran the dli 2 alone and look at what it got him! that's gonna be an awesome looking engine bay when it gets done... i can't wait to see this monster on the street cheers!

Thanks. Yes I plan on it, there's just a couple things I need to do once I get it back though. It's still on 100% stock brakes and suspension. Once everything is broken in I'll get it set-up for the track.

Sweet, I'll need a ride in it, especially since the S2000 is gone.

I've been heavily leaning towards Ohlins, but I don't know much about the brakeman setup. I saw it on the FP website, it's rather expensive. How much abuse will they take at MSR? Do the pads seem to last a long time? If FP sells them I'm sure they are good, I'm just wondering how good. Thanks, John

You can check out my set up at MSR... I can give you a ride if you want... I think you'll be impressed

The rotors last forever! I just find out that they also make OEM replacement rotors...Getting a rear set. I'll post pics.
