oh, so what your saying is you cross threaded it putting it back in. so now the plug is on, but once it comes out the threads are gonna be jacked?
you can get it out the same way it went in. with a ton of force
once it is out, thne you need to look at the threads on the plug but more importantly the pan. if the threads on the pan are stripped, you need to take the pan off and repair the threads. if just the plug is damaged. replace the plug.
edit: ohhhhhhh. can't get the plug out! i see now. take a dremel with a grinding bit or cut-off wheel. cut some edges onto the stripped plug so you can fit a wrench on it. a file would work too, but thats gonna take a long time.
