Wednesdays: Starbucks Arlington, 360/Mayfield open to all This may have been shut down in the past few weeks....

Fridays:......... Joes Pizza Arlington, I-20/Little Rd. (north one block) Subie meet, but very friendly and welcomes EVOs

Saturdays:.....Tonys Pizza Arlington, 287/Little Rd. (south one block) [COLOR="Red"]open to all ...........and.....
Starbucks N. Ft.Worth, Western Center/N.Beach open to all

We need to have a cruise before dark,
meet up at Starbucks about 7
and end up at Starbucks sometime after that for the meet!

I don't know of anyone going to the Thur. meet.
I heard that Danny frequents it. I'm getting some work done before the Sat. cruise!!!
If all is well, I'll be at the Fri. meet on Little rd.

 

I wish there was at least one gtg in the N. Dallas area. Driving 45 minutes to an hour just to hang out during the week is pretty tough.

 

Let us know about the friday... We would be able to go to that one before sat!

 

Lets blow off the Pizza place on Little rd and
meet at Le Grave field to support the NTEC EVOs competing all weekend.
They will have the course set up and be registering competitors.
I heard there is a keg for all registered....!!!

Friday, August 17
12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. - Course/Site setup
5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. - Registration / Tech at event site
5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. - Course open for walking
5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. - Welcome Party at the Event Site. Free Beer, Soda, Water & Pizza.

Saturday, August 18
6:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. - Course open for walking
7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. - Registration at Event Site
7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. - Tech at Event Site
9:00 a.m. - Drivers Meeting (mandatory)
9:15 a.m. - First Heat workers/drivers report to Chief of Workers/Grid
9:30 a.m. - First car out
6:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. - Saturday night party will be on-site & will be catered by Riscky's BBQ of Fort Worth. Free Beer & Beverages provided.

Sunday, August 19
7:00 a.m.-8:15 a.m. - Course open for walking
8:15 a.m. - First Heat workers/drivers report to Chief of Workers/Grid
8:30 a.m. - First car out
3:30 p.m. (approx.) - Trophy presentation at Event Site

There will be a 30 minute break between the 2nd and 3rd heats for walking the course on both days.
