Import vs Domestic. Texans, test your mettle...

I thought some of you EVO pilots would like to have a go at some loud mouth domestic people . I took this from another board i visit. All people i know and normally nice in person. The tone was just to get all the smack talkers riled up on that board. No flames intended to you all.

The Texas Motorsports Club is running an event at Texas World Speedway on the 2.9 mile infield road course on July 26-27th.
I will be there with my C5.
KDubb will probably be there with his Camaro.

I'm calling out all you import owners who talk big game about how thier cars will outhandle a Camaro, and about how domestics can't run unless they're in a straight line, or how thier car handles so well or whatever to come out and put the smack talk on the track. Transponders will be available for timing and scoring information.

Time to put up or shut up. Who wants in?

Entry list so far:
2dr vette be there with my C5.
KDubb will probably be there with his Camaro.

Boy if I only lived in Texas. I have driven all of the cars they have listed stock and modified on a closed autox type track and trust me they are of no comparison to an Evo on a road corse like the one above.

The domestics should do well on the straightaways, but the evos should handle em on the turns easy.. should be close!

Evo8LH got TMS and TWS mixed up. But Firday he went out and layed the big smack down on the Porches and Ferraris' The sound of his Evo reverberating off the walls was just awesome. Their was one open cockpit sports racer that was giving him a good run, but the Evo couldn't keep up with the downforce and half the weight it had through the corners, but had it was good fun. Surprised the heck out of the 550 Marennello.

HE and an M5 were the only 4 door cars out there. And they made the two door sports cars look real slow heh.

Also saw a blue cobra burn to the ground. That was sad.
