Just curious... anything going on anytime soon In or around the Houston area??

Summer's begun and it's time to get out and show!

 

One thing I've learned about car clubs/events/meets in Houston is that friends with cars hang out. If you're not one of the friends, ha, good luck, see ya around!
Notice, no one's answering... could even be because you don't have an Evo. Most people with Imports period stay close together lurking on houston-imports.com
I'm telling you, good luck meeting people in Houston because of your car. That's just the way it is. I'm sure the price of gas will have an 'effect' as well.

 

Like he said, we mostly all hang out but in different groups. We meet every friday on SE side at a Starbucks with other cars too. Not just Evos.

 

Go figure! I was in Houston with my evo at the omni hotel and I saw ZERO evo's. I even saw a lambo LOL but no evo's. Way to go! Set something up or come down to Austin we have a mixed group.

 

Yea I think most people look down on you because you do not have an evo. I would try to get a meet together but normally gets ruined by idiots.

 

Exactly, Austin doesn't have cliques, it's a social Mecca, perhaps is why.

I love UT but yeah we have everything from a T GTO pushing over 600 to a 37r evo even boostlogic and MZM come around. It's easy to make friends but Houston was a problem unless you talk to the SRT people who are alot more open to meeting up near cypress.
