"Powered by Mitsubishi" huh?? I dont like those kind of stickers. I bet it was hella ugly huh?? Hehe...thats too bad, I'm sure he's gotten a lot of sh*t for that. Ooh well...

I know how you feel. I've got the only modded out Lancer in East Texas(I think) I travel a lot in my OZ and have not seen another modded Lancer anywhere. Went to the track friday, almost all the imorts were Civics and Neons. I would like to see another Lancer fixed up right.

I have no clue how you get a high pitched sound out of this engine. Seriously. By all accounts, the usual sound for a full catback is very very low... almost like a larger engine. After my intake, I kinda thought mine sounded almost (but not quite, and definitly not nearly as powerful) as a beamer 6. I am quite pleased. Not like one of those fart cans that most of the more commonly modded cars do.
Eric, come out here. Other than my stock ES rims, I think I'm on the right track. The Lancer get's looks all the time. I mean, if my father in law, a V8 junky who is a mechanic for Ford likes it, I guess I'm on the right track.

I said I would like to meet up with anyone who is interested. My friend and I are probably installing a new turbo this weekend (ok so its really replacing the stock turbo).
Id also like to see a Lancer and maybe take a look at doing some of the bolt kits.

Ken, That Lancer with the evo kit is belongs to a guy at Top Noch Perfomance on Naco. I haven't really had a chance to talk to him personaly but all the guys at the shop are cool and can give you lots of tips on moding up your car. PS are u on the North side?

it is a $50 pre-reg fee or $65 day of show...

Just more fyi, the guy everyone is talking about with silver lancer in SA is tightlancer, the high pitched sound from the exhaust...is a turbo. He is Part of Team Lancer/Club Lancer. James Im not sure if I will make it...the last trip kind of killed the show budget...LoL
