Yeah, what's up with that? Any other Texas Lancers out there? I'm down with hanging out with anybody in Houston. I live off of Westheimer which is notorious for it's drag racing. I hear cars zooming by my apt every single damn night.

 

We have only a thin southern member base

 

Cuz every other automobile is either a pickup or SUV. They must all be on the truck forums. Anybody want to move to Texas? or visit at least? Anybody?...

Isn't there a pretty big DSM group down here? Mitsus are still techinically a Diamond Star product. The next Neon will be based on the Lancer chassis.

Im up to meeting up with some Houston Area folks. I dont have a Lancer but I have a galant VR-4. Another friend of mine has one too.

Does anybody know the best places to get some aftermarket mods ie. intake, exhaust, etc. in TX or is it best to just go online and order there?

 

Hey cool! Somebody from Houston. Tell which side of town you're on, and maybe I can direct you to some places.

 

From my opinion, don't go to "Racing Evolution" on Weskpark...unless you don't plan on leaving your car overnight there. I have heard over 3-4 incidents that someone's properties got stolen from their car OR ever worst, the whole car was GONE.

FYI, I know the owner personally, and I don't even want to take my car there. Unless it's straightly buying parts from them

 

I've seen a couple Lancers in DFW, but they're all just the base model. I have yet to see an OZ on the road.

 

Damn. This is on West Park and Richmond, correct? I've never been inside, but it looked pretty clean and professional on the outside. I was planning on going Saturday. I usually hit a spot on the north side called Z Motorsports, it's ghetto as hell, but they get the job done.

 

Off subject, I see some one else is using the wizard of OZ name now... Just remember, I'm the real Wizard. Lol

Back on subject... I'm in Killeen, I haven't started moding my OZ yet, not till I can get rid of the Integra... But always looking for people in texas with some know how to exchange ideas and knowledge...
