Ft Hood Evo Check-in
F**k that I survived the 1st one, now Im going back to claim my car!
Its a thought....So who's car are you talking about?
Doubt it, my car is stock and going to stay like that for a while.
I would like to see proof of this, cause I can tell you for a fact that anyone that tunes will tell you that the UICP will make little, as in NO gains to your car. The LICP is the one that gives you gains.
The Evo X is the UICP that gives you gains, the VIII & IX is the LICP.
Rudy dont waste your money, the guys that change out their UICP is usually due to the fact that it comes as a kit, not cause you see gains.

1 drag car has nothing to do with how drivable you can make a racecar. The pikes peak evo was so ****ed after it was delivered..as in their idea of ready to race. Wouldnt rev past 5k at wot, would only go wot at 1/4 throttle. He completely removed the SD setup and put a maf based system in a RACECAR. Replaced the injectors its had in the car for the last 3 times up the mountian because "they werent big enough" when it was being tuned on the same fuel as always. Car had a charging problem and they just tuned it on the dyno connected to a battery charger instead of fixing the issue ( maybe why the ignition would brakeup past 5k). It just goes on and on, ending with 2 blown turbos. Ive talked to you in person about this. Also other things were brought to my attention after pike peak..leading to the "evo guys" not working at awd anymore. but I wont air that out here, if you know you know.
It was definitely an Evo, but not one I've seen around here before. Speaking of Evos I don't see around too much, anyone see a red Evo with a black hood and I think APR fenders? I think it has a rear diffuser also, I've only seen it a few times. It's pretty clean looking, but I have yet to see it up close.
