Picked up the evo last weekend from don herring in plano. Great guys, met with don herring junior in irving to get my ecu flash done.
I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone in DFW area. I live over off of the tollway and george bush behind the ferrari/maserati dealership(great thing to wake up to some mornings). So if you see me around, feel free to honk/flash your lights at me. Ive spoke with a few of you guys around here, but wanted to get aquainted with others in my area.
I work in Irving texas right now for Citigroup. No im not a banker haha. Im a senior network engineer for them, I'm in a group that is migrating circuits for the new york stock exchange to a new data center(to cut costs). Don't let that fool you though, i turned 21 in july so im fairly young and am looking for drinking buddies in the area to chill with sometime.
On another note, im also looking to see where all the meets are at. last sports car i had was an 04 cobra so i have kind of been out of the loop for a while..I remember the meet that used to be over at I-90 and coit, but was wondering about where some of you guys meet up at? Damn..today is a nice day to have a meet. great weather here.

i go to austin every year..love it there. specially floating the river. on this other site i go to (dallasimports.net) We have a yearly river floating..we should do an evo one haha. Have all of us to to the guadalupe or something and float the river/get drunk on 6th street later

I bet you're extremely excited man! I recently went to the Ferrari dealership that your talking about....and ofcourse, I didn't buy anything and I was just looking at my dream cars, that's all. Welcome to the Evo world though. I'm located in Plano also, and I have a IX MR. I know that there's a meet for all performance enthusiasts/cars at Park & Coit every Wednesday after 9 p.m. Also don't forget about the NTEC (North Texas Evo Club). NTEC is a club made especially for guys like us who admire or have Evo's. Their website has the directions and timings for them. yeah my friend works at karma off 8th and colorado...love austin. it'd be cool to set something up..what does everyone else thing? If we do it months in advance it'll help us save on hotels and stuff.
