Well here is a plan. Saturday September 11th

We are going to meet around 11am at The "Halloween outlet" by the Mall of Louisiana. That was the new orleans/laffy people who want to come have just as easy time of finding the spot, since its right off the interstate.

From there, once everyone gets together, we are going to do a cruise to get some lunch at Walk-Ons at Coursey. Bring your appetites and wallets, because I am not a baller. lol. After lunch, we are going to cruise to find some good spots for a quick photoshoot for the group and some individual car shots as well. Hopefully by this time, the club stickers I ordered will have been delivered to me. We can put these on the cars if yall want them :-)

From there, We might have some plans for watching LSU on a projection screen if everything turns out that way, more info on that though. We are definitely going to need y'all to RSVP about this, because if we have as many people as we did last turnout, its going to be difficult getting into a restaurant, and will have to make reservations of some sort. Either post here, or send me a PM if you can make it. Hope to see you there.

 

I'll be in Dallas getting some parts installed, and my car tuned on the 17th, but i'll be back in LC for this event. Should be fun to see what my car feels like with an extra 80whp lol. For anyone else who wants to race:


A TLAC Autocross will be held September 19 in Lake Charles at the Aeroframe Lot at Chennault Airpark. This is a Trans-Louisiana-Autocross-Challenge event and will have drivers competing from all over Louisiana. It will be a BIG event. It is open to the public. Registration/Tech will be offered on Saturday at the event motel; see the Schedule of Events on the attached entry form. You are encouraged to pre-register by mail and get registration & tech out of the way on Saturday. The $35 entry fee covers the Saturday meal/social and Sunday racing.

If you absolutely cannot participate in the Saturday registration/tech, you CAN do that on Sunday morning. But it will make for a very hectic Sunday Morning! Make note of the earlier-than-normal registration/tech and timed run start time on Sunday morning. And be aware that registration closes Sunday morning at 9:00 am, so don’t be late.

All competitors must have a valid drivers license.

Trophies will be awarded at the end of the competition.

Well, the car is done and it's running great. Thanks go out to KevinD, the hardest working man on EVOM for putting in OT to get my car finished last night.

I washed it this morning, and decided to take some pics of my car and a couple with my brother and his 330xi. I'll be heading home later tonight, so i'll be taping the front end up to keep the bugs off. enjoy the pics of the 166k mile beast.
