technically YES... should you worry about it? NO.

All of the 3 shop evos here in Texas that are already posting low 10 sec ETs are'nt even legal to run 10s, much less 9s and none of us care.

 

From what I've heard officials aren't big on the details, just make sure you have a good legal cage. That means a 10pt for 9s. I might be the only one, but I'll be 100% legal to run, even if it is a street car.
