I have only seen Many 03' Lancers, though I see a silver one every 3rd day or so parked a few doors down from my house, then I see mine everyday of course.'


Never seen a RalliArt or any 04 on the street other than the time I test drove one

 

I haven't seen any '04 lancers yet and I'm only the second person with a RA in my area.

I picked Mitsubishi first because I own a rare 1999 3000GT VR-4 (1 of 16 for the color) and I got big discounts if I bought one with the loyalty program and other rebates. Then I picked Lancer over Eclipse since Eclipses used to have problems and I was a little hesitant about new problems (even though they're said to have been fixed) plus they were a bunch more so I went with the Lancer. Originally I was gonna get an OZ but I didn't even know about the RA until I talked to the dealer since Mitsu really didn't promote it. I picked the RA since it has 4-wheel ABS disc brakes as the main reason. All of the other stuff (larger rotors, stiffer suspension, MIVEC, ground effects and styling) was a good sell. I would have gotten the Evo but it's a little more than I wanted to spend plus there's a chance I might drive the RA in snow (I don't plan on it, it's just the back-up car) so I didn't want to have to put an Evo in that kind of weather.

 

I own an 04' ralliart, pearl white ( camoflauge for the snow up here), fully loaded, I see some other people have a similar model.

 

I haven't seen any other RA on the road. there is one silver OZ i see from time to time that has rims, but every other OZ/Es are older people drivin.

 

I haven't seen any other RA's in Chicagoland....but I believe that after the auto show, they'll spread like wildfire.

I picked the Ralliart because just like what a lot of people have been saying on the board, it was the practical alternative to the EVO. An EVO just wouldn't make a good daily driver, nor would I want to put a turbocharged monster car like that thru a daily commute. And the Ralliart has a great package, too. The engine is smooth and powerful, the car handles wonderfully, the sport seats are great, and the sun/sound package kicks ***!!

Plus, it was a great value too for a performance-oriented car. So far, I'm satisfied!

 

have not seen a single RA since they came out besides mine.....i do see the occasional EVO, maybe once a week....and of course, i catch 03 OZ's ALL the time....come to think of it....I've only seen one 04 Lancer since November....

 

never seen one, except one evo with a washington plate...some chinese guy driving it

 

I've seen one Evo on the fwy. I see at least one Lancer almost every day... not the same one always but just one somewhere when I'm out driving.

I also see my daughter's ES every day at home and I see all the ones waiting for new homes on the Mitsu lot next door. I will be seeing all the "homeless" on my lot starting next week when I go to work for a Mitsu store.

I'm waiting until I can see an Evo every day... MY Evo... eventually.

If only I'd been born rich instead of so good looking....

 

i have yet to see any new RA's, although there are a few posters that are from edmonton, they mus thang out in the cooler part of the city , but do see lots of '03 OZ's, yeah I needa win the lottery or something and get me my RA sooner

 

Ooo, I finally saw a 04 Lancer, the base one though. Oh and another, its a start. Hopefully I'll be the first RA in my area when I pick mine up. So far, looks promising since the car has been out since fall and no one has one yet.

 

still havent seen another RA yet. Seein all kinds of lower level lancers though.

 

Well, I officially start at Champion Mitsubishi today so I'll be seeing them regularly now, as well as all the other cars in the line.

 

On my drive to work i generally see about 4-5 lancers, maybe 1-2 OZ Rally Lancers and the only RA I have seen is mine. There is a OZ Rally at work, but he won't race me.

 

It's wierd....I've seen an '04 Ralliart at a Target near my house. However, it has the OZ Rally Racing Emblem and I think it has the OZ Racing rims that come with the '02 - '03 OZ Rally Racing Edition.

Is it just me or is that out of the norm at all?

That is weird, what color was the RA, i bet it looked like **** with that stuff on it
