Anyone from El Paso?
For those interested we have another auto-x at Cohen Stadium in El Paso this next weekend (Nov 6th). Come out and just watch or ride along if you want as well, but we would love some more drivers =). www.panamscca.org

We are shooting to start around 10am, we recommend getting there sooner as you will be able to walk the course starting at 7:30am (Most folks show up around 8:30-9:00pm). Depending on turnout and if we can overlap cars will decide on the end of the event, but I would estimate between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
edit: also don't forget Sunday is daylight savings change so set your clocks back an hour.
Course Open for Walking: 7am - 9:15am
Registration & Tech: 8am - 9:15am
( Mandatory ) Drivers Meeting: 9:30 - 9:45am
First Car on Course: 10am ( approx )
Hope to see some folks there!

Sorry for the late notice, but we are holding an Auto-X school this weekend on Saturday at Cohen Stadium. The plan is to have an experienced autox'er go with you through a couple of different corner set ups and guide you as to what you may want to try to negotiate them faster. We are also looking to chain them all together and do a mini autocross at the end of the day for you to practice what you learned.
Cost is $25 for anyone who wishes to drive, member of SCCA or not. We are planning on starting around 9:00am, if you can not make it till later just let me know. The plan is to stay out there probably till around 4pm maybe a little later. For full details go to http://www.panamscca.org/ .

Local Meets
Hello everybody,
My name is Donald and although I am not a Evo owner, I do have an AWD vehicle and i enjoy meeting up and going cruising. I own an Aspen White 2005 Subaru STi that is completely built by Andrewtech Automotive with a rotated GTX35R turbo kit and makes over 500+ AWHP. My purpose of joining this forum is to hopefully get ahold of any local (El Paso, TX or Las Cruces, NM) Evo owners that may be interested in coming out to meets or cruises that we occassionally set up here in El Paso. Our group here is named EPAWD (El Paso All Wheel Drive) and consists of over 30 subarus, about 5 mitsubishi evolutions, a few BMW, etc and we are looking to expand to a larger group. We do not limit to AWD vehicles but they are our main focus as of right now and would love to get some Evos out to a few meets. Send me a pm if interested and I will get back to you guys. We are having a meet tomorrow (Saturday 18th) and meeting up at 5:00 pm at the Sonic on Montana and going for a cruise if any of you would like to show up.
Well, hope to hear from some of you soon if you are interested!
Thanks,
Donald

What's up guys! I'm a long time DSM enthusiast and I'm buying a 2005 Evo VIII next week. We got a pretty active DSM group going, hopefully we can do the same here or maybe meet up together and have a big 4G63 (and 4B11/420A/4G37, don't want to discriminate!) get together. Let me know if anyone is interested. Otherwise look for me at Pan Am SCCA Autox events in a black Evo or at the El Paso Motorplex in a white 1G DSM.
Here are some pics of my rides:

Hey there, we have a pretty good group together already on EPAWD that is MOSTLY AWD vehicles however there are a few non-awd enthusiasts who come out. If you havent already you should check out epawd.forumotion.com and register!
Also I'm looking for a set of EVO 8 or 9 factory front seats if anyone local has a set. I'd love the 9 SE seats but the EVO 8 ones are more in my budget. Let me know if you know of anyone interested in parting ways with any. I'll have some red racing sets I can trade plus cash.
hey what's up guys I'm from El Paso but deploy right know, I drive a silver Evo VIII. I'll be back in december this year and hopefully my car will be finish by then I'm putting a lot of money on it!!!
Well hopefully we see both of you out at the meets. However, I think most of us will be deploying in January or December lol but we arent 100% sure yet. Anyways, join the forum. Epawd.forumotion.com and that way when you get your evo or when you get back from deployment you can check whats going on around here.
