I don't know, that sounds right for to me for straight 91 on a mustang dyno. Should run mid 11's on pump at ELP Motorplex. Mine dyno'd 406 without a correction factor added in OH.

 

I had a arm standalone and use my car as a daily driver so he recommended to get a stock ecu flash with a tephra 7 mod and pick up a manual boost controller which I did. I'm not sure if the car is fully built because I Boughy it used but I think its just has cams

 

I have an AEM EMS Series 2 in mine. Use it as a daily. Just have to take a laptop on long trips so you can make adjustments. The stock ECU is very capable but you have to get smart on it also. All depends on which software you want to play with. I personally like the control I have over the car with the AEM, especially with the Wideband feedback vs the stock narrowband feedback. But it's all in what you are trying to do with the car and if you like to constantly adjust or if you are a set it and forget it guy.

 

Its time for me to move on from my Evo and If anybody is interested or know anybody interested in buying an Evo in great condition mine is up for sale, its an 8 RS (no power windows, door locks, abs, trunk lining) with 91,xxx miles and not a daily driver. Other than all the mods in my sig, its got the Evo 9 steering wheel, center console, front and rear seats. Im asking 16,000 firm much less than the ones being sold on montana and in alot better shape, always used Amsoil for everything and engine oil changes very frequent @ less than 2k miles. So was there an Evo to run a 8.7ET in ELP recently? This kid came out to the Alamogordo scene last night talking a lot of trash and trying to pick physical fights last night. Just wanna get my facts straight.

 

I've never heard of such car, I don't think the Evo from evolution racing ran that fast

 

damn there are alot of fast evos in el paso! im in tucson(military) but i go home to visit all the time, i never see any evos out, would love to meet some locals! i drive a bby 8

 

I know I'm late to the game... But if someone ran 8.7 here that would be at o near 7.8 at sea level as corrected by the nhra... Making him the fastest Evo ever... Or close to it... In short... No way in hell....

As for Tuscan... Hit me up man I'm part out... 915-929-8963... Most of its gone but 52k on the clock... Out of what's left its near perfect condition...

Have an oem coolant overflow bottle, oem rear diff cover, oem intercooler, front fender liners, oem IX front bumper (needs work) and oem driver side headlight. Also have a Tein rear strut tower bar that needs one of the brackets repaired, and an RS trunk bar for sale.

Soon I'll have a TRF Skidplate, and 15x7 Team Dynamics wheels with Rally Gravel tires as well.
