I'm all loaded up and about to head up to ABQ to get in some high altitude racing. Hoping to hit 9's today on a HTA86 build. I'll post links to raw video tomorrow or Monday.

I'll be running at The ELP Motorplex on Friday, 23May. Hope to meet some of y'all there.

 

How did you do? I may be at the track on the 23rd. I went last weekend but did so bad on my first 2 runs i decided to quit. If i get my axles swapped ill mount my DRs for the 23rd

I ran two 10.5ET @ 137mph w/ 1.7_60ft... Bogged the launch on my first full pass and broke the shifter retainer on my last full pass.
I was shutting it down at 1/2 track most of the night. The two full runs I did got me banned from the track until I cage my car. They went as far as to get my VIN off the car.

With the track elevation at 5300ft, I feel I did extremely well. That elevation is no joke!!

 

I won't be going to any tracks again until I fix the broken shifter parts. I will not be at the track this Friday.

Sucks your car broke. I was looking forward to us running. Maybe we can get some runs in December when i get back again. Lets see if i break your time of 10.4 at the Motorplex on the 23rd though haha

 

I'll be back out to the ELP Motorplex in a few weeks... Still on my quest for a high 9sec pass with my current setup. If I don't get it next time out, I have come to terms that I may never get it at this elevation. I'll continue to take video and post up for ya! Good luck on Friday!! Wish I could run ya heads up instead of times!

 

Oh, and for the record... The car runs fine, just tricky to shift gears right now. LoL
