Well my car is not that fast compared to some local evos, btw if anybody here is planning to switch to a 9 turbo I have one for sale in great condition, Im asking $550 but I can let it go locally for $450.

Any other parts besides turbo you might get rid of? Stock injectors? Anything come to mind? What is the big difference in performance if I put the IX turbo on my 05' evo VIII

 

I'm looking for a VIII/IX AC compressor bracket that bolts to the block. If anyone has removed their AC and has one laying around let me know.

Not very much. The 05 already has the larger turbine housing like the 06. The only difference is a slightly larger compressor cover. It's more of an upgrade for an 03-04.

 

I have a lot of stock parts including injectors. Let me know what you need

 

Turbo might be back by Friday so I may have my red evo ready to go for the 18th

Probably just show up, I'm coming from alamogordo. I can meet up with you guys somewhere in El Paso if you want

 

I will not be going to the track this Friday, 18 Apr. 40mph wind gusts forecasted for the day. I don't wanna spend the cost of getting the car to the track from 120miles away just to run it on a sandy track and risk putting it in the wall. I'll be at ELP Motorplex again in August. Gonna hit up ABQ Dragway on 17 May for "Car Club Clash" and on 12 July for "AllOutCallOut". Unfortunately I will be out of the area for all of June.
