throwing this out there, we will be at Harris hill road anyway on june 30th/july1st. its a NASA track day with HPDE and time trials only. anyone can sign up for the HPDE, even if you have never done it before. also get a chance to see some of the fastest TT evos in texas.
Yeah I was trying to look for track days on their calendar but I didn't see any for that far out. I think this would be cool to have it that weekend so some can race/spectate if they want
I'd rather meet up somewhere like the dam , have food catered or BBQ , etc and get a few sponsors for small giveaways or something that's not super expensive and cruise LCR or something. Not everyone is gonna be down with just going to the track and spectating.
I agree with this, want a chance to mingle with other EVO drivers and what not.

Just came from Roger Beasley Mitsubishi(the brand new and only Mitsubishi dealership in Austin). Mentioned to one of the salesmen about an all state meet and they were thinking of showing up with some brand new cars and other stuff.
Really, i bought my Evo from a dealer in Austin. Mission Mistu i believe.

Nice job spreading the word Trio, that'd be pretty cool. And I didn't mean we actually hold the meet at the track but we'll have it as an option if people want to cruise there or something

That guy is buying everything lol , he just bought dennis eakin mazda in Killeen not to long ago. Sounds like a plan to bring a few new vehicles out and help support the meet.

From the looks of the votes we should have upwards of 50+ with just Evos, so that would suffice for a good turn out imo. I wouldn't be apposed to having STIs, but i think we would have a good turn out if we just did a Evo meet.
