I hope you are speaking Hypothetically... BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW. Remember history class? In the 30's a lot of the gangsters who seemed to get away with murder a lot would be brought up on tax evasion charges and then be sentanced to Many years in a federal prison... Just a thought.

I'm sure that UPS made you aware of Federal Laws concerning the delivery of packages especially in the post 9/11 era.

 

Of course im know, but that happened pre 9/11, But of coruse i have no idea what u speak of

 

One time they had me test the security in the airport part of ups , so I took off my Id walk around was able to get in 2 planes and got in to the pilots cabin in another, So imagine how safe u feel now and i was stopped an hour later when all the damage would of been done.
