Hey, just wanted to share this e-mail. anyone interested in getting some track time let me know maybe we can organize a group.
Hello again, track enthusiasts! Here's the latest news on upcoming events from CMS:
This weekend, Sat/Sun July 30/31: Sebring In'tl Raceway
The entry-level driver category on Saturday has sold out, but we are still accepting experienced solo drivers. And, there is still room in the field on Sunday, with 2 categories: Advanced Solo drivers and Racer testing and practice (competition license required).
No novices, low traffic, lots of clean hot laps! Saturday instructors recieve a substantial discount for Sunday registration.
Next weekend, Sat/Sun August 6/7, Barber Motorsports Park
Saturday's track day has almost sold out; a few places are still available for solo qualified drivers. Sunday, novice drivers and solo drivers are still being accepted. This inaugural event for CMS at one of the premier tracks in the country will be very exciting, and provide more track time than any other event at Barber. See pictures and video on our website, www.chinmotorsports.com
And, at the end of August: The big DOUBLE-HEADER weekend: 2 tracks in 2 days!
Homestead/Miami Speedway, Saturday August 27th, followed by Sebring Int'l Raceway, Sunday August 28th. You can attend either of these big days, or both, for those of you training for next year's One Lap of America!
Future events for later this season:
Sunday, September 18th: Sebring
Sunday, October 16th: Homestead
Sat/Sun, Nov. 19/20: Sebring
Sat/Sun, Dec 10/11: Virginia Int'l Raceway
Sunday, Dec 18th: Moroso Motorsports Park
Registration for novice drivers, solo drivers, and instructors is currently available online at the website.
ALSO: Are you traveling from the Daytona area to Sebring or Orlando this weekend? A member needs some parts moved, and will compensate someone for the trouble. If it is convenient for you to transport an item from Daytona to Sebring, you could get your fuel paid for. Please reply to me for details.
We look forward to seeing you at the track soon.
Let me know if I can help you further.
