Collision Solution on US 1 by Sunset Place does good work. Ana and I have taken several cars there with good results.

doesn't matter she still has PIP insurance. get the most expensive estimate you can find and contact her insurance company. if their insurance company is being a pain in the *** then contact yours and pay the deductable. Once the other persons insurance pays yours you will get that money back. Its all pretty easy and not worth stressing over.

PIP is Personal Injury Protection. You want to get her on her Liability insurance. PIP will cover your medical expenses only. If the car is still owned by the bank she has to have liability to drive it. If the cars is hers and is a piece of crap you may have to go after her personally.

Of course Jonasan can give you more info on that.

^^The minimum Florida insurance requirements are PD (Property Damage) and PIP (Personal Injury Protection). The minimum limit for PD is 10,000. This is the coverage that will pay for third party damages, as in your damages, if she's liable, that is, if she's at fault. PIP will cover the injuries in her vehicle only, it is a first party medical coverage. So her PD should pay 100% of your damages provided it is not in excess of 10,000. If you were injured, then the PIP on your policy will pay for your injuries.

Let me know if you have any questions because I used to be non-injury liability adjuster.

It does suck man it's too bad. Good luck.
