I jack the car up highest point(jack stand one side) jack up other side, same level as on opposite side. Remove filter first, let oil flow out. When filter stops, remove 17mm plug that is at the base of the oil pan. Let that drip for a good 10-15mins, go do something(make sure you have a basin under there!!! Once dripping stops. Tighten 17mm plug. Fill OEM filter with 1/2qt of oil, also lube the rubber seal with a little oil at the same time. Re-install filter, hand tighten...make it real snug. Open hood, poor 5 qts in motor. Put cap back on, run car for about 15-20secs. Pull dipstick and inspect oil level. Should between the 2 indented points...if oil is lower than marked points, add left over fresh oil. Very easy

PS: I need the OEM filter, if anyone has one, i'll pay you double the amount tonight.

Well kyle and I just got home from the Taste of Chaos concert that took place at the UM Bank United Center.

OMG it was awesome. Jared Leto (30 Seconds to Mars) was literally breathing my air. I will upload the viedo so you can understand how close he was. He crawled up to the lower bowl seating from the stage! He's freaking hot. Anyway, that was the best concert eva!

As for the payments I will be making them and she will be taking care of the maintenance.

Unless there is somebody else willing to baby sit "lamb chop" until I get back. But it would have to be somebody responsible, takes great care of cars and will not (and this is most important) launch the car and burn up my clutch. I don't care if you drive fast, just fast and don't hit anything. Hell you can even autocross the bi-aach if you want. Just that anything you wear out, you replace.
Dude.. I told you I can leave it in my garage for you.. It'll sleep peacefully.. I'll take it out once in a blue moon to keep it stretched.. But otherwise that's it.. I can probably leave it at my dads garage too.. Nice and secure in it's own bay.. Whatever..

So is there any particular reason you remove the filter first or do you just like being different?

i use a jack also. I don't even bother raising the other side. The whole process takes me 10-15 minutes.

Today I was driving by Tropical Park and there were a ton of Z's there. We should try moving some meets there. Instead of meeting at night we can meet there during the day. Probably get a better turn out since people usually have plans for saturday nights.

Excellent!! Great idea! You've got the lead on this one as Yadi took the lead on the Kart Day. Just make sure you tell PRVRT so he can change the schedule.

You can help Joey arrange things. Don't forget to ask John if he can make some calls on your behalf. Having a cop on our side could make a difference. A call from John may allay some fears.
