I have spoken with the club and we are creating a class called STU (Street Touring Ultimate). This class allows you to run street rubber only, and also allows for the modifications that some of you have done.

The reason being is that in the Stock and Street Prepared classes, you can run race rubber, and it is difficult to be competitive in without them.

The STU class was created specifically for the EVO's, STI's and the SRT-4's. I am going to run this class, as I feel that the car might perform better here than in stock. The race rubber is just too sticky for these cars in some autocross situations.

Also, by competing in STU, we will help establish an excellent National class and this is a good thing.

OMG I just had this mental picture of all of TEMEVO showing up for this auto-x and everyone running around trying to find Chris' spare helmet so they can run the course. PRVRT (Team Photographer) running like mad from one car to the other with the helmet in his hands. "Who's turn is it now??" he screams as an evil STi runs him over on the way to the staging area.

Ok damn I was gonna try and make it to the meeting this sat but I ve got an interview on Monday in Orlando.

But I will be there next weekend for the Auto X. Is everyone just meeting up there?

Ps when I was pulling a uturn out of my apartment complex to get on 95; I floored it in 1st and slid around the corner behind this truck(they were far enough in front of me dont worry), the people a the bus stop were like WTF. whooo hoo its great to get up in the morning and know that no matter whaat happens durring the day at work im comming home to my baby and dooing it all over again the next day.

 

Its ok we understand!!! Good Luck at the interview!!! All of us won't be there but I will probably be there Scooter, Chris, Jon and Elem. would probably show up!!

 

Just a quick hello, I've been running around working my *** off for the Winter Music Conference here in Miami. Hope to see you guys and girl (cough GSG cough) for this Saturday's meet. I'm doing a show at Ultra in downtown Miami that same day but I'm trying to get off early so I can be there at the Dolphin Mall to watch Jon supervise the Hialeah mod.

Dude, it's only 4 hours to Orlando in a normal car and you have an Evo. Besides your interview is on Monday. You have plenty of time. (Unless your a really slow driver. but of course you have an Evo so that can't be it.)

 

As long as Felix's not driving you'll make it in plenty of time.

it takes me exactly 3hrs to make it to Orlando (this includes slow traffic, tolls, and traffic lights getting into town.). Ive have done it in 2 1/2 hrs before but lets try to keep in mind that I am trying not to get any more tickets so I can enjoy the lower insurance rates.

And Im going into town sat so I can hang with the family and not have to make a uturn as soon as I get in town.

and the job is for a Citrix admin position so hopefully ill get it. who better to admin you citrix farm than a citrix support engineer.

ironically the job is like 5 minutes from my old house.

And are you guys saying that since felix has gotten the EVO that his driving times have not decreased? Wow maybee he should have gotten a civic!!!
