I'm having a yogurt as a snack w/ banana. For lunch half of original chop chop which consists of chicken, yellow rice and a little cheese( for fat and additional protein) The meal i only eat half, if you don't have fast metabolism you should eat lunch if it is a full size, have half the plate....and eat the other half like 3-4 hours later. Substitute sodas and sugary drinks for water....finally try not to eat after 7:30pm. If you're starving have a salad, some cheese, nuts, or chicken/fish(tuna)..
now i cant even drink soda cause it fu*ksup my stomach

that happend to me in ITT, after that lady teacher left, they changed it to an online class, and belive me there was no body passing that sh*t lmao, my class got lucky
