blah anyone looking to loose weight just freaking run. i always see people at the gym trying to loose a few pounds on treadmil going slower than my grandma while talking on a cell phone. if you can't run use an eliptical machine.
last bit of advice for you potbellied people ...certain people react to wheat in a negative way...it makes you feel full, however, it just bloats your stomach...i think and don't quote me on this expands your fat cells.
Here's a test, it will only last 1 week and you wont' lose any hair or start peeing blood(guys lol...women have that problem already

It's a easy test...u ready? Ok. Don't eat anything that contains wheat in it for an entire 7days. No bread, no biscuits, no cookies, pasta, cakes etc..there are plenty of other substitutes...rice, have the burger without the bun if you have to.
Do this for one week(7days) and i' think you may be surprised by what you find, or don't find.

good advice i dropped 10lbs in 2-3 weeks doing that and not drinking soda, but i think most would perfer me to come over with my vaccum =-p lol
