Well, first of all. I was just amazed getting to look at it so closely. Second, to actually open the door and sit inside of it, well, I had to go change my shorts.. After all of that silliness was over, i became a man again and started it.. When it starts up, you can hear the dual clutches rattling like an exedy. Pretty sweet..

For a car that weighs more than our EVO's, the GTR feels lighter on it's feet.. The steering is just the same.. But just feels lighter.. The car gets up to 140mph in no time at all, and supposedly it's not fully opened up till after 1000 miles.. When you reach 1000 miles, you bring it back to Nissan and they do a reflash to it, in order to open it p to it's full potential. Wild cause it was pretty freakin fast already..

Playing with the instrument cluster was pretty neat.. I saw it's boost spike to 15, then taper to 12-13psi.. I dunno what the factory boost setting is..

Needless to say, the onlookers were dumbfounded.. Had a few 350z's follow me for a while, and an STI.. Taking pics and stuff as we were driving around.. I had a look on my face like, Yeah I know.. It's badass.. And commenced to brush my shoulda's off... LOL.. From what I'm told.. The proper way to do a brake job on this thing costs close to 10K.. Yes, that's $10,000.00.. Supposedly they replace not only the rotors and pads, but the calipers a replaced also.. WTF?? The entire underbelly of this car is completely flat.. Totlly sealed off with carbon fiber panels.. With small intake ducts strategically placed to cool the tranny, and diff's.. Gorgeous..

Anywho.. Anyone that is able to OWN this car, needs to also be able to afford it's maintenance too..

I know quite a few guys that are in high places.. I've been lucky so far.. I've got a Ferrari 360 Modena, Ferrari F430 F1, Ford GT, Delorean, Porsche Carrera GT, all under my belt for exotics that I've driven.. Not including nasty HP Supra's and such.. It's only a matter of time before I get behind the wheel of the bull (Lambo).. I know a few more guys that have those, just haven't persued getting in one.. The GTR is just plain Jane sports car.. Very awesome..

i see a few evo's every now and then but like i said they are few and far between. i think everyone lives in lauderdale and up.lol

while im here, does anyone have a stock exh mani heatshield or aftermarket they want to get rid of for cheap? let me know. thanks
