hmmm do you know what he did to dismiss it? I am taking it to court along with the insurance thing cos I had the right insurance card w/ me just handed him an old one by accident.. that won't be $100 ticket. Got my other ticket signed off by an officer saying the muffler is in compliance with the law.. hoping that'll be good enough to get it dismissed. but the fhp didn't measure the db level of my muffler regardless so I don't see how the ticket is worth anything anyways.
