no big deal....just check with your insurance company and see if they cover you and all your mods...if so...go for it..another thing is...if you finance your car...you may not be allowed by their rules outside of US canada and Mexico..I learned all this from my friends mistake...his car is very rare so eventually it will pop up...btw I saw your car at a car show in ft lauderdale a while back....I cant wait to see it again....I should be down at SFP sometime this week to drop off my clutch any luck with the aem yet? Im still waiting for mine....I see youre doing the aqumist too...I had good luck with alcohol injection on a T Type I used to have....the seats you have are just the more agressive recaros like in the JDM evos? if so IM gonna get those...there isnt enough support on the stock ones...one more thing...any ideas where to get blacked out headlights? I dont mean the covers but I mean removing the chrome and painting them black....sort of like the 360 ferraris....will look nice in yellow too...maybe if you guys here like the idea we can get someone to do it for us as a group...

Im gonna be at SEMA in Vegas...with SPD out of southern cali...not my car...we are going there from the 4-7th Imay stay longer who knows...I have a tendency of gettign lost when i go away and not coming home for a week or two...if youre going let me know

the car is at SFP rigth now, I just dropped it off before going to work. They are finishing it up. Hopefully AEM will come in before the rest of the stuff is done. They are putting on my new manifold, making new downpipe, coating my turbo housing, putting some stainless steel braided hose lines, catch cans, upgrading the intercooler, fitting my new front bumper and hopefully I can get my cam gears in time. So it will be there for the rest of the week.::.

If you want a set of the seats, lemme know and I can get them for you with a discount.

The black housing headlights are hot... but I dont think you will get the brightness as you do now unless you get a finish like black chrome... doesnt it come black housing in Japan? If so im sure you can source it.

Gambling, ohhh gambling, I was there is June, ha! I lost $200 in one machine and gave a $20 to my boy, he won $3500... I just dont have that kinda luck so i try not to gamble too much.

SPD is a wholesaler and retailer out of so. california....Im making a deal with them now on expansion....actually i have a 360 spider....i used to have a 360 modena...then i finally got the much awaited spider...i love it its a great car....but i must say....the evo just feels better....but u cant beat the F1 paddles...whew if this was on a ferrari forum...id be ****ed and flamed...but its true...the evo has a much better feel...its just anemic...and needs alot more power...the 360 handles nice....but the evo has amazing precision....its almost too nervous....when i get my evo back with 450-500 whp...I think ill be totally satisfied...Im also taking off the wing...putting 7 rear lights....Im toning it down alot...I may change the wheels if I can find wheels that are considerably lighter...

Let me know when the meet is...if there is no rain on the horizon ill bring the 360...if it rains ill bring the lightning...which can smoke anything i own in a straight line ( pulleys computer ZEX wet) its an animal...

 

Man, I had a 360 Modena in my hands for 72 hours. It was gunmetal 2001 with F1 paddles and also featured the Yellow badge on the side. It was sexy as hell. Drove downtown and people with S600's were breaking neck... i mean, get them wet long time. ah hmmmm....

It was fast but not as I expected but for natural aspirated car it was hauling as$.

 

Those badges are called scuderia shields....I have em...they look awesome...if i could figure how to post pics ill put up some

Hey what do you guys think of these aftermarket side mirrors for the EVO VIII, hot off the press from Japan. They retail for $516 US.
They look more aerodynamic and they're carbon fiber.
