I was at 138 last night ,which is off of old national highway and my boys stock evo beat a g35 with a aps twin turbo kit. There was also a 350z with the same kit out there. they were both very unimpressive. The 350 was a older ladys car. the g35 was owned by a dude that works for bellsouth.

 

damn...didn't know things were still popping on 138. I use to go there a long time ago.

 

Goes to show you what the EVO can do . If this is true then this is impressive.

 

I wanna see this TT G35 and 350z. I didn't know we had some of those in our area.

it is your evo is super fast out of box or there is someting wrong with the G35???

 

it probably was still only running low boost, thats my guess

buyt the turbo don't really put to big of numbers down, or at least from what i seen , unless you put mad moneydown

I don't think it comes with an intercooler either, that's extra.

 

the aps tt kit comes with an intercooler. it is a full aftermarket turbo system complete with the aps piggyback ecu. if the guy is even pushing 5psi, the car can put down about 370whp and at 7psi, they can do 410whp with nice area under the power curve. so either the evo was crazy fast out of the box or the guy in the g35 doesn't know how to drive.

 

There is a guy down herein southflorida with a black g35TT and he dynoed at 494whp the car is sick. It kicked the crap out of a corvette c5 with nitrous.

 

Damn i guess a modified Evo will walk all over them like nothing

 

yeh, they only boost like 9psi or something. Weak sauce.

They need to do some forge internal work with the alcohol injector and boost up like 40 psi.

then that would be something to look forward to.

 

Excessive wheelspin on the G35? Maybe?

 

How much does a 350z pull stock? i almost kept up with my 2psi leaky lancer oz turbo with 4 passengers in my car...hmmmm

 

STOCK EVO cant beat no TT G35!

G35 had either
1. Bad Driver
2. RIDICLOUS WheelSPIN
3. STOCK EVO wasnt STOCK!

Depending on what year the EVO is some can it 12.7's with just a chip and some tuning.
