More Compustar alarms in stock at Sound Sensations

Thank you for your business. I have now installed 8 compustar alarms in evo's from evose and evom and will be working with Rick Case on having them preinstalled on brand new evo's. We just got in 10 more of these awesome alarms. I am still running the evo special of $650 installed compared to the normal $775. This alarm/remote start is safe for the evo transmission. You do not have to worry about starting the car in gear as this alarm has protection against that. Remote start on an evo is a must as you know it needs to warm up before being driven, not to mention it sucks getting into a cold car especially if you have SSL. This alarm also has built in turbo timer that can be turned on or off from the remote. Feel free to come by my shop for a full demo of this alarm on my car. Message me for any questions or directions to my shop.

Insidious, yes, it is the hardest on the market to install.

geminibby, I assume you cant arm your alarm when your car stays running
ok give this to your shop and they should understand it, if not, you should drive to my shop

cut your main car ign wire

ground 1 side of relay coil and hook the key side of ign wire along with ign wire from viper to the other side of coil along with 87 on relay. You need two diodes here. You need to put one on the alarm ign wire, cathode facing the alarm brain to keep 12v feeding back to the relay and one across the coil so relay will not lock on. simply put the cathode towards the hot side of relay coil. Next put your ign output from turbo timer on 87a, and finally put the car side of ign wire on 30. This way, when car is on, relay is switched and your car ign works like normal, once you shut the key off, the relay turns off and lets the turbotimer ign pass through while your alarm was tied to the key side of ign so it thinks the car is off, and voula, you can now arm your alarm.

sorry, you will also need a diode from 87 to 87a, cathode facing 87a.
