Help with Clutch Install ?

Clutch Install Help?
Well, I bought a used EVO 8 stoker sight unseen and have been paying for it ever since. Head redone, various leaking vacuum lines fixed, AEM tuned to a semblance of drivabilty. Now it's time to address the "starting to slip at full boost only" Exedy twin carbon (440 HP/438 torque) that the prior owner insists he babied for its 4,000 mile life..same guy who told me, when I mentioned the 'Check Engine" lightbulb was missing from holder, that the "dash had never been apart"!!)

Anyone who has experience in doing an EVO clutch changeout and is willing to help would be great. I have done Eclipse's but want an experienced hand for the EVO job.

Let me know what I need to do to make this happen.

Thanks,

Craig

I just did mine... I suggest taking the offer of help from Turbodawg and friends... it is not too difficult but the first time can be a pain. PM or emial me if you have specific questions, good luck.

Thanks for the offers

Thanks all... I think I got the AEM- related SNAFU taken care of to the point where the car drives reliably now, so next stop, is the clutch, after I confirm that the car will start and drive OK for at least a week.

Cheers,

Craig
