Roll Call For Sc Evos
The Red's all bolted up. Just need to drop it in the bay and connect the pipes, add fluids, re-connect the fan, etc. Hopefully I can get in touch with David Buschur for some logs to touch up so I can have some kind of tune on it. Should have it fired up again sometime Saturday.
Gotta cut the grass this evening, so I don't know if I'll fool with it today. If anybody knows me, they know I don't like to feel rushed working on the EVO!

Congrats man..
Good luck with the install.
If you still had the meth, I'd send you one of my maps.
But i dont have any with just the RED tune..
They are all for the RED and 100% alky.
30 psi..

It's driving me nuts man, everything is on and ready to turn the key to prime the turbo, except for one freakin pipe.I'm soooooo ready to hear that EPM o2 dump on mine when I get it goin, lol. They sound wicked man.

Whats you LICP doing or not doing should I say?? You didn't put the stock gasket back in when you put the dump on right? You used the special EPM gasket or just that gold spray on gasket right??

No I didn't reuse the stock gasket, I bought the metal gasket that EPM has now. Talk about a thick gasket, dude that thing looks heavy duty, lmao.
Now I have to change my cams, add some springs/retainers, build up the block, and quiet the ol' 8thWonder down.
Yeah, Scott I would just get that done for that licp. It's unfortunate you have to do that. All it translates to is more downtime.
BJ, those dumps must be nice 'cause everybody who has them seems to swear by them, but I can't get louder. I need it quieter!
Jamie, you have an AEM now? I don't know if your logs are similar to an AEM or not. They might be, not that I'll be tampering with them.

So I got the LICP on today, after lots of fanagling, lol, and primed everything and started it up.
Let it warm up and checked for leaks and such, and then took a little trip down the road.
Everything is great.
Car pulls very good.
I gotta say, the Green with the o2 dump sounds naasstyy, lol.
I'm boostin' 22psi right now though. Need to get a tune so I can throw my 880s in and turn the boost up to 26psi or so.
Lecon, you throwin' on the Red today you say? Don't forget to prime that badboy or you'll be up sh**creek. I unplugged my fuel pump and pulled the plugs out, and spun it over until I saw oil pressure.

And so the odyssey continues...be warned, if you're installing that poc oil line from FP on one of their turbos, it's a royal pain. I still say the stock oil line is better, but that's just me.

Lol, true man. I wish they wouldn't have even went to that long uneeded line.
It's all good man. Once I get those gaskets you sent me, I'll commence to start taking the freakin' thing off again and redo'ing bottom gasket. Good experience I guess, but man this thing is a hassle. Just maybe I'll get out this long weekend to enjoy this car.
Got the gaskets Scott. Good looking out! I'll probably start unbolting some stuff tonight. I may not feel like taking the whole thing out, but at least I can start the prep.
