Thats not cool. If you drove the evo everyday I would wave but its hard to find you in your daily driver.

 

No worries, Steve. In downtown Columbia at rush hour I don't expect you to pick me out. I was just messing with you.

 

I wave to everybody. Theres this old fart in Lexington with a LY Evo that never waves back though. I don't know whats with him. I waved to him in probably 5-6 seperate occasions and I know he sees me, but no acknowledgment.

 

That must be the guy I've seen driving downtown every once in awhile. I've never seen him when I'm in my EVO though.

Nobody's said whether the 13th is better for them or the 20th or it doesn't matter...one thing to note is Darlington's not having a test & tune night on the 13th according to their schedule.

Sounds good, just let us know. I'm game for either one. I actually found a good photo location downtown this evening too. In the Vista, off Lady St. There's some old buildings down there. Might be a good place for some shots at some point...

Thanks for the advice guys. My BAH is actually very high ($1700) compared to Ft Hood and I am not staying long enough to buy anything. I expect 12 months max. It just depends on what they want to do with me after the course is over. I have three kids, so I am keen on renting a home.

If I am still in town on the 20th I'll come out to the meet. Right now we have plans to go on vacation that weekend to visit family in Florida.

 

Cool. I'd rent a home too if you're gonna be here a year. If you need some help getting around to look at some places, areas, let me know when you get here next weekend.

1600 will pretty much get you a **** ton of places of around here.

 

6/20 looks like a no for me. We are in a friends wedding and will be busy all day/night.

 

I have waved to him also and he just doesnt get it. Oh well, he is the only one in columbia that doesn't that i know of.
