it looks like i may get out of tampa pretty early monday. i'm thinking 9ish which by mapquest would put me in columbia around six (we all know how slow it is). i may be able to meet up with you after work or something for a few. either way, i would still like to swing by and say hi.

That's cool. I'll be home by then. I also found somebody to do the O2 bung for the wb too. But I won't take it to them until Tuesday. That's good though because it gives me more time to get my tp off. Will you be able to do everything the weekend of the 7th or has work screwed things up?

 

work has pretty much screwed everything up. i hadnt planned on getting an apartment until after mid month, and now i may have to get one earlier. I really wont know the extent until i get back there on tuesday afternoon/thursday. As bad as i want to, its not looking good.

 

BTW, I spoke with Seneca last night and I'm planning on heading down there first thing Saturday morning.

Is anyone still planning to go to this wingding? I'm planning on driving up that direction Sat. morning but if I'm going to be the only one there it probably won't be near as much fun.

If somebody can update EVOSC that'd be great. I can't access it from work. I haven't heard from Gaulrich2003, but he said he might be coming.

 

It was good to hang out with you guys on Saturday. Too bad the weather sucked most of the day, but hey the burgers were good when we finally got them on the grill!!

BTW, I'll post the pics that David took when I get home. Awesome shots. Congratulations again to Kiley and Steve for those 1st place finishes. The EVOs dominated.

If it didn't rain so long and have me scurrying to move my gear from ground-to-car-to-tent-to-car-to tent-to-car, I would have spent more time over where you guys were at.

Racing in the rain was fun. Being outside of the car when it was raining was not. The Daves were very brave to stand in the rain and take pictures. Such a noble cause.

 

Very true. I saw a little of Gemini's (have to use their screennames since they're both Dave) video footage which was pretty good. Once he edits it, he should post it up. Driving in the rain was fun, wait till you see some of the pics!
