Well, I'm finally up for a get together. I finished the the EVO rebuild this past week. Still breaking her in (bored 0.020", Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods, ACT HDSS clutch). So far, so good.

 

hope to see everyone out there. we've been shooting around dates as far as the USC tailgate meet, but looking to see everyone again.

I'm open for most weekends for anything. Just post up some things to do. There are obviously some USC games and such, but even beyond that we can get together and introduce ourselves to the people we don't know.

 

I'll be in Columbia for the Clemson game.

possibly the florida game also.
trying to get off for both, but def. clemson game.

 

Well, looks like the Clemson game is a definite meet up, but that's not until late Nov. Anybody want to hang out before then?

Gotta be an autox or track day somewhere. Now's a good time to run drags too in the evening with the weather cooling down and no humidity.

 

For a meet, how about the SCR AutoX at the BMW plant near the end of October?



Also, does anyone in the Clemson/Greenville area have a stock VIII BOV laying around that I could borrow/purchase. I think mine is leaking, and with an autox in ATL this weekend, I want a backup plan if my boost leak test confirms my suspicions.

A few of us are planning a little cruise up the mountains this Sunday (Oct 7th) in the upstate. Highways 276 and 178. If anyone is interested, weather providing, we'll be heading out very early. Nothing has been formalized yet, just a few friends, but we could meet up with more and get a plan down.

 

How's the break-in going? Are you driving it today, I believe you passed me on 385 this morning.

 

I've got one, but it's the stock 8 plastic one which probably leaks as bad as the one you have. You'd be welcome to borrow it though, shoot me a PM.
