Hell, that massively pro charged mustang with slicks only ran a 13.8 his first few runs. He slowly got better through out the day. He has such traction issues that he spun past people down the 1/8 Thats when you know you need the AWD of an Evo

Wow. 14s & 15s? Then you guys times were some of the fastest of the day? Still imagine if it was 70 degrees with no humidity, like it was a couple weekends ago in Ohio. My car felt so good. Needless to say, my boost needle barried itself somewhere past 30 psi. Up to that point it was pretty hot up there and I was barely tapping 29 lbs on the Green.

I'd even question even if he was untuned and still dropped to 13 mpg. That sounds crazy. But yeah Carlos, get tuned and you'll be fine!

I wouldn't run because of this heat/humidity. But if you're looking to practice or something it might be beneficial. The heat's really killing people's times.

Wrong, my gas mileage didnt drop, and it barely went up once got tuned. Food for thought. What makes people THINK the gas mileage changes so drastically is that fact they keep there right foot in it all the time after the cams like i did. lol

LOL! Yeah, you're probably right. I didn't notice any major differences either.
