Wrong sir... Just checked weather channel and we're good to go. Actually we're not, I wish it would rain so we could all be on the same playing field tire wise... BUT, I guess not. This is gonna be interesting for sure...

That was tons of fun...until I came back to the paddock and found everything wet (car manual, registration, ins. card, etc).

You are sitting on waaay better suspension and power/weight than I am, son! I need the tires to level the playing field with all of you 350+awhp monsters in the class.
Besides.. with it being cold, my first two runs will feel like I'm on all-seasons until the tires get warm....that's the trade-off. They suck in the cold. The sidewalls aren't that stiff on these 245/45 tires, either. It's really not as night/day as I thought it would be. When these fockers melt off the wheels, I'll be going to an RA-1 type tire that can serve a dual-purpose.
But yeah...I wouldn't mind another wet autox because it was fun as hell last year. The ACD actually works! I switched it after 2 runs and I could put the pedal down sooner and further with it in the gravel mode.
Whether it rains or not..I just hope it makes its mind up before I switch tires.

Yeah yeah, whateva... I'd be lucky if my car made 350 though, I need tires to keep up with those 400HP Buschur cars

Roy and Jan are pretty cool guys. They are both older dudes, but they can drive the wheels off their cars. Roy drives an '07-'08 WRX and Jan drives a Mazda Speed3.
