Roll Call For Sc Evos
As a side note....anybody want some Hotchkis lowering springs? GReat drop, great ride, and they really don't compromise the car's balance at all. Let me know.
$100 shipped or picked up.

Some updates on the feb28th meet. I now have a photographer coming to the meet to take all the pictures plus the cruise to downtown Charlotte to take more pics. I need people to singed up for the meet and to show up because all of this is covered by me $$$. If i don't get enough people the meet will be canceled, i have till the end of this week to make the deal with the owners of the kart racing for the parking lot and the rates for the races. All i'm asking is to come out and have some fun. The link to the photographer work is on the main thread for the meet and some pictures of his work.
Thanks
Thanks
C'mon guys, it's just a drive to Charlotte for a meet with some hanging out and such. Only one day. You should try and come.
Anyway, in my neverending quest for besting Mr. Lowe's RS, the Agent, in the quarter mile and possibly lucking up and running a 10, I went to Darlington yesterday. Arrived there at 1 and there may have been 20 cars there, including the ones the people running the track drove. I was excited thinking I'd get a lot of runs to practice and maybe actually do something right. Anyway, I noticed they were still prepping the track even then and it was actually warmer there than in Columbia when I left. It was still overcast and a little foggy. No runs. Hour and half later...no runs. BJ arrives at 3....no runs. They didn't finally start running until 3:30 or so, and that was the race cars, that do what? Break. BJ & I finally make it into the staging lanes, there were only 5 "street" cars running. Fog sets in, mists, temps drop at least 10 degrees. Track closes down when they can't dry it out. So, we don't get a run!
But all in all, we would've gotten multiple runs so I don't know if that was because nobody knew it was open or what. It would be an excellent place to go if you want to race 'cause of the limited number of cars. It was nothing like Wednesdays during the year.
