LOL....thanks Chris, I was just about to post the link to the site. The shop says sometime in January would be best so that they can get some good learn time on the dyno.
Anyone on the list want to start deposits? I know it's early, but that's $100 less you need to come up with down the road. Please let me know if you make a deposit so I can add it on here. We can work on a specific date later on...

hey brian, did we figure out the total for the tune from ams ? 399 i think it was ? and then i guess this next week we need to figure out from the H and H guys the price per tune on the dyno... i wonder if it would benefit us to pay by time or by session ? people like you or me who are mostly tuned could benefit from the time thing, but everyone else may need the session thing. maybe we can work it for like 100 for 90 minutes and then if it takes more 150 max ! i may have CPD's 20G/mani and then an 02 installed for the tune... in which case i may need the 150 max version lol... we need to hash this out asap.

with us it all depends on the shop. we are still waiting for them to finish the install, will know more by the end of this week. Then they want some time to use the dyno themselves to work out any kinks before they throw any customer cars on there. then we should have a date. we have talked with them and they are saying january is the best time to do it they think... all bugs should be worked out and the dyno would have been in use for a month at least. but either of those 2 dates should be fine... i'd say pencil us in for whichever one, and we will go from there. that way we have solid info for them to say this is when we want the dyno
Brian (cirrusly evolvd) is flying tonight so im sure he will chime in here when he finally does get home and give his advice... he is pretty much heading this up.

lol... seems like you should have a lot done if you can cross the parts over and still sell your car ... i think you should do it. Even if you take a little less for the car... you will be so far ahead of the game. Everything should swap over... that little RS will be a beast by the first weekend lol.
im not even worried about ALL the parts. I already have a K&N drop in on the car and the turbo back exhaust is sitting in the garage waiting to go on. Between those and a flash will net enough of a gain to make the flash worth it. just give me a set date and my deposit will be submitted....

Well you will have to at least late January. And I'd like to get people to start making deposits ASAP so that we won't have any issues down the road.
Mark, I will talk to our shop here and see what the prefer. The electrician from Mustang is suppose to be here to finish hooking up everything. I'll PM you and Chris as soon as I get a better answer from them. This is a big player for most of the member's here as they want a solid dyno tune like you would do at your own shop.
Chris, remember that the custom flash will uncork that MIVEC and after that you should be able to tweak to your hearts content for each mod you add.
E vol IX....get your butt in gear bro!
