Just got done at the Courtesy Mitsubishi dealer on Hillsborough Ave in Tampa, FL and I will never ever go there again. They are voiding my warranty on my brand new rotors I got at Stolman Mitsubishi in Mclean, VA because I had non OEM break pads on. What a bunch of bull... I called corporate and they are unwilling to help so.. I am taking it to the dealer in Brandon to see what they say. I would avoid Courtesty like the plague, there service is crap!

 

Yeah never cared for Courtesy service. I bought a Mazda from them a few years ago and their service wasn't the best I guess thats one reason they don't have a Mazda dealership anymore. I also thought they stopped selling Mitsubishi over on Hillsborough. Maybe thats why they denied your warranty. I know they have a new Mitsubishi dealer on Hillsborough by Hooters but they aren't Courtesy. Yeah try Brandon thats where i bought my Ralliart from haven't dealt with there service department yet though.

 

Oh, and I went to Brandon, and the service manager was a absolute DICK HEAD. He told me he is denying me service be cause of what I did on my car.. so I call corporate and they called and they even said he was a dick. So next week I am going to Palm Harbor...stay tuned!

 

macecvo. let me know where is a good place for service... i go to lokey in clearwater, no problems yet, but then again the only claim i made so far is for a blew out bulb.

 

Anyone live in Lakeland? I just moved here a few months ago and all i see is CRX's..
