Also, I got my wife's permission to send my car out to a reputable tuner. And havent decided what tuner to send it to for a turbo upgrade and tune. I am trying to post a poll with some options but of course if there are others that I am missing that would be recommended, I would be interested.

How old is that???? 2 huge problems here. That tune was done at the time my fuel pump went bad and had to replace it more than likely causing fuel issues and not to mention using high impendence injectors on a low impedence car.... I woulnt consider a 12.4XX necessarily low either.
BTW- I did run a 13.040 which is a low 13 unlike a 13.4 which is more like a mid 13 to your low 12.4
