Got One Of the Shop Cars Tuned

Yesterday, I had John from Jestr Tuning come over and tune my personal car on stock ecu. The car has a Brotherz Racing built motor stage 1 built motor, also Brotherz Racing stage 1 head. Also, the car has an Stage 2 Brotherz Racing GT35R with a Brotherz Racing Ported and Hot Jet Coated stock manifold, 750cc injectors, Tial BOV, and Turbo X'S frontmount intercooler. That car had boost issues the diaphragm on the waste gate was hurt and the boost controller leaked boost. The car has more in it but this were the final numbers for the night. Just wanted to thanks Jestr tuning for his time, great work .

on pump gas it made: 404whp and 340 torque on 23 psi.

on c16 the car made 554whp and 440 torque on 34 psi dropping to 30 and lil bit of fluctuation.

looks pretty good, but I'd say there is something up with the boost controller as you said. It spools a bit late and the tq is crap. Def keep us updated after the wastegate/control fix.

well the race gas map i just ran waste gate bc the boost controller sucked, so it has lag and boost fluctuation bc towards red line the waste gate opens lil bit bc it has a hurt diaphragm. New parts are on the way and a retune

Thanks for giving me the oppurtunity to tune your car, Alex. It's definitetly a beast. There were definite boost problems which is evident from the torque curve as boost fluctuations match the curve. There were also inconsistent misfires through out the runs.

I can't wait to retune it with those parts fixed.

The Brotherz facility is nice, and are a great bunch of guys. I highly recommend them for parts, installs, and tuning in the Tampa (Central Florida) area. I look forward to working with you guys in the future.
