^ yeah real easy to make. can get all the parts on lunch and make it in the parking lot of home depot. thats how easy it is to make. just dont let a cop see you putting it together in the parking lot

 

Saw a wingless silver Evo 8 this morning on my way to work on 485 west.

I waved but the guy didn't wave back, which of course made me feel like an idiot, because it's like going for a high 5 and other guy leaves you hanging, lol.

 

We need to get a meet together. There are several new Evo owners in our area now and I think we would have a pretty good turn out. Any ideas?

it wasnt me, i would have waived back unless i was in my new single cam big block gto with 3000 hp to the driver rear wheel, then i would have just turned my nose up in the air and drink my starbucks

 

Haha, that was me. I waived back, twice actually. One hello and one goodbye when you got off at S.Tryon. I didn't have my hand out the window like you did though.

Don't know if everybody would want to drive out to the boonies or not. If so, I could probaly do something around the end of June. If not we could just meet up at resturant like we normally do and hangout.

I've had car meets at my house, it's worked out well in the past. I can fit eight Evos in my driveway, and the others can park in the cul-de-sac.

Let me check with the CEO (my wife) and see if maybe we can have a Friday or Saturday meet at my house in the next few weeks. We can have BBQ, beer, etc. I have a nice sized deck but also plenty of room inside.

I live in South Charlotte off of Park Road across from South Meck High in the Cameron Wood development.

I'd much rather have the next event at my place rather than a restaurant, gives us more privacy and we don't have to shout over the background noise to hear each other. Plus I'm a mean grill man, just ask Tim or Matt.

I'll get back to you guys on this.

 

Thanks, I was really just being lazy and hoping not to have to spend another day out shopping at home depot. Every time I go to that place I get home, get started on my project and find 1 stupid little thing I have to go back out and get(had this happen about 20 times during my clutch install, probably why I was so sick of home-depot). I believe I have everything now, I'll finish it up this weekend. Then if anybody does need one, I will have one on hand.

I work up by the airport also. There is a wingless white evo I see up at the subway pretty often. Are you the GG mr I've seen driving around occasionally?

 

That's cool but we can always do it at my place if it doesnt work out at yours, I can probaly fit 15-20 evos in my driveway and if thats not enough my front yard is a small golf course lol.
I have a pool, pool table, air hockey, ping pong table and wii that everyone can enjoy
and far as food and drinks go, I can supply beer, sodas and I'll cook whatever you bring.

 

this is why i love summer so much! i can vouch for (EAVWIDL)putting that many evos in his driveway. there is alot of cool hondas that like to go by and rev up at us LOL!
