Just not the right clutch for my car. The clutch is a great daily driver twin disc. but its supposed to be rated at 1100 ft lbs of tq. My car makes good power but definetly not that much. Within 4,000 miles and just a few hard low end pulls it was already slipping. I think for any other car up to 500-600hp it would be a great clutch. Now its on to the Exedy triple carbon/carbon.

 

So who is all going. Me and Jimmy are coming down Saturday.

 

I may come, my parents live near there, so I may go down for the weekend.

 

Me and Kasey will be there with my car. Snailman may also be coming but not sure yet.

hey guys. need some help. driving to work this morning and my car started cutting out randomly while cruising and died when i stopped twice. started about 4 miles from my house. check engine light came on and i got p0441 and p0420 codes. olny thing i have done to the car is put the underhood solid bushings in but i have drove it since then with no problems. i did feel it up with gas tuesday on the way home from work and this morning was the first time i drove it since then but it was fine then to. bought the car "stock" but pretty sure its got a walbro in it. other than that engine is all stock from what i can tell. any ideas on what to check first?

 

are you running catless? that would be a reason for the p0420 code to pop up. if you bought the car stock and you have a walbro i think it would be a good idea to get the car tuned because it could still have the same tune on it as the previous owner when he had a bunch of parts installed and now youre running around with that tune with just a walbro

all factory exhaust. just got the car a little over a month ago and its been running great till this morning. planned on getting it tuned but wanted to get my exhaust first so i could do it all together but guess thats not gonna happen. im reading where ppl have had these codes before but i havent seen anything on someone having them at the same time.

 

cleared codes and took it on a long test drive and cant get it to do anything but run perfect again. maybe the cooler air this morning had somethin to do with it. guess well see

 

just wondering where can i go about finding Kasey? i think someone told me he sold his blue evo to cosmo motors in hickory. I would like to speak to him please!

Not yet. You can get a chip for them I believe.

 

i think the "juice box" would work with them .... .the one i've seen used on the 135s works great and the latest update allows for custom tuning as well
